Your room reservation is an agreement between the Yates House and you. When a guest room is reserved, we agree to provide that room and all services related to it on the reserved dates. We decline all subsequent reservation requests and do not overbook. In turn, by making the reservation, you agree to abide by our rules of occupancy and to pay for your room reservation.

Occasionally, guest plans change necessitating room reservation cancellation. If your plans change, please notify us as soon as possible. This provides us the best opportunity to resell your room.

Room reservation cancellation notice for one room reservations received ten (10) or more days before your reservation date will generate no financial charges or other obligations.

Room reservation cancellation notice for one room reservations received nine (9) days or less before your reservation date will generate full charges to you. By accepting this room reservation, you accept this financial responsibility. Late cancellation charges will occur in every case unless we are able to resell your room.

Multiple room reservation cancellation notice for one or more rooms received thirty (30) or more days before your reservation date will generate no financial charges or other obligations.

Multiple room reservation cancellation notice for one or more rooms received twenty-nine (29) days or less before your multiple room reservation date will generate full charges to you. By accepting this multiple room reservation, you accept this financial responsibility. Late cancellation charges will occur in every case unless we are able to resell cancelled rooms.
